Xiquets of Copenhagen is a human tower group that was founded in June 2014. It was established by a combined effort of Danish and Catalan people. The group was established as a multicultural organization, free from politics, with the goal of promoting the tradition of castells in Denmark by holding open rehearsals and organizing public performances. The common language used in the rehearsals, performances, and information is English.

The Xiquets of Copenhagen team was registered as a cultural/sport association in the city of Copenhagen. The team consists of its members, castellers, and is managed by the junta (board, see Internal Organisation). Søren Sandahl was the president of the group from the start until November 2017, when Maria Puig Arnavat was elected as the new president. Since 2023, Laia Poqui has been the new president. The initial caps de colla (technical leaders) were Natàlia Quero Prat and Pau Prat Busquets, and nowadays is Sergi Gibaja. However, the trainings are directed and organized by a technical team (see Internal Organisation).

At the end of every year, a general assembly takes place where all members of the colla can vote the proposals of the board or run to become a member of it. The association of Xiquets of Copenhagen is linked to CatalansDK, the Catalan cultural association in Copenhagen, through which we can obtain funding from the Catalan Government for financing specific activities or needs for equipment (the security net being an example). The association is also funded through the membership fees (see Become a member).

The best human towers of Xiquets of Copenhagen are 2d6, 3d6, 3d6a, 4d6, 4d6a, 5d6, pd4, pd5f (see Historic of Performances)
